XTREME ATTACKS
Remember it's important for you to have the INT enough to learn these attacks.
Tier One Attacks - 25,000 Ki Maximum Attacks
•Solar Flare: This attack causes the Sun's rays to be amplified and reflected into the opponent's eyes, thus blinding them. This prevents the opponent from dodging the next turn. Can be used in combination with another ki attack.

•Sense: The ability to sense the ki of another being.
€Level One: 100 Exp: You will be told if the power is stronger or weaker than you. Range 50 miles.
€Level Two: 100 Exp:You will know the fighters exact power level. Range 1000 miles.
€Level Three: 100 Exp: You will be told the characters stats and power level. Range infinite.
•Control: With this ability, you can raise and lower your ki at will to throw off the readings of scouters and characters using Sense. The lowest you can bring your PL to is 5% of your total.

•Kamehameha: A powerful blast of blue energy.

•Masenko: A powerful blast of yellow energy.

•Kikou Ha: A small, one handed ki blast. Can be used as a distraction or as an attack used to damage the enemy. This attack can be used in combination with another attack to perform a two attack turn.

•Eye Beams: Two hot beams shot from the pupils. Like lasers they burn or cut rather than explode.

•Fire Breath: A blast of flames from the mouth. Very fast and damaging. Awesome damage power for a new player, less useful for an experienced character.

•Dynamite Kick: A powerful kick that leaves a small ball of energy on the opponent. After a few seconds the ball explodes dealing even more damage.

•Double Ki Beam: Two blasts shot from the hands. At level two you may direct them at separate targets if you wish. To counter this attack your opponent would have to be able to fire two beams as well.

€Level Three 1500 Exp: 200/0 initial 50/35 both beams
Tier Two Attacks - 100,000 Ki Maximum Attacks
•Kaioken: This attack increases the users strength as well as their senses. The downside to this attack is that it is unstable and can kill the user if they remain in the state for too long (to determine if you die while prolonging the attack, a 100 sided dice is rolled. If the number is odd and higher than 50, you die). Can only use this attack once per battle.
€Level One:500 Exp: Kaiokenx2. 10% of remaining ki increases STR and SPD by 20% for two turns. 15% of remaining ki for three turns, but dice roll to determine if you die.
€Level Two:1000 Exp: Kaiokenx3. 10% of remaining ki increases STR and SPD by 30% for two turns. 15% of remaining ki for three turns, but dice roll to determine if you die.
€Level Three:1500 Exp: Kaiokenx4. 10% of remaining ki increases STR and SPD by 40% for two turns. 15% of remaining ki for three turns, but dice roll to determine if you die.
•Super Reflex Boost: Can be done three different ways. Faster reactions or increased actions are two of the ways. Both require their own individual amounts of ki. If combined, this move can have devastating effects. This move takes two turns (regardless of level).
€Level One: Faster Reactions 500 Exp: 20/10 initial (20 ki= 10pts. added to SPD; limit of 500 ki)
€Level Two: Increased Actions 700 Exp: 50/1 initial (50 ki= 1 extra attack- Maximum of 5 attacks)
€Level Three: Combined Actions 1,000 exp: 100/10+1 initial (100 ki= 10pts. added to SPD & 1 extra attack)
•Psychokinesis: The ability to move and manipulate objects with your mind. You may only move objects with a weight in pounds lower than your current SPR.
€500 Exp
•Electricity Blast: A large amount of electricity shot from the hands. Very difficult to dodge and even harder to escape from. This attack continues every turn until the target escapes. This move has the potential to interrupt attacks, counters, dodges, and blocks.
€500 Exp: 200/50 (you must continue to spend energy every turn)
•Lai Zari: (Note: You must own a weapon to learn this attack) A fast swing with a weapon causing lots of damage.
€500 Exp: Doubles weapon attack damage. Uses ki equal to damage done.
•Shyouken: The user sprouts two extra arms. The arms last for two turns. While using them punches deal double damage and you can shoot two separate ki attacks at once (Does not double the power of ki attacks. Additional ki attacks require available ki).
€600 Exp: This move takes 10% of your total ki to use.
•Multiply: A technique used to create multiple forms to aid you in battle. They will last five turns or until the user sustains a serious injury.
€600 Exp: This move take 10% of your ki for each form. If a form is killed then your HP is reduced by 10%. (Forms take on your current transformation level, have 10% of your current HP at the time, and 10% of your current ki. Forms can have a max HP of 10% of your total HP, and a max ki of your Max PL. Forms can power up.)
•Destructo Disc: A large rotating energy disk capable of penetrating almost any material. Any armor (except Emporer Armor) hit by a disc is immediately destroyed, but this attack is fairly slow moving. This move takes two turns to perform.

•Demon Teleportation Bomb: Move may only be used by Demons. A Demon locks onto the ki of it's enemy and teleports a small ball of energy to it's opponent. Upon arrival the ball explodes causing massive damage.

Tier Three Attacks - 1,000,000 Ki Maximum Attacks
•Telepathy: A way to communicate with others using one's mind.
€Level One: 1000 Exp: Can communicate telepathically with anyone within ten miles.
€Level Two: 2000 Exp: Can communicate telepathically with anyone on the planet.
€Level Three: 3000 Exp: Can communicate telepathically with anyone anywhere.
•Bunshin: This ability allows the user to create a self thinking duplicate of themselves. The duplicate will last ten turns. If the duplicate is killed, the user's HP is decreased by 1/2.
€1000 Exp: This move cost 25% of your total HP and 50% of your ki. This ki goes into the clone and will be returned if any is left.
•Scatter Shot: A huge force of slow moving energy that can split to hit multiple targets. Divide the damage among the number of targets. This move takes two turns to perform.
€1000 Exp: 1000/1000 initial 100/50
•Moon: A bright ball of light formed by mixing certain energies with chemicals found in most atmospheres. Due to the complexity of this attack you have only a 50% chance of creating a successful attack. You may attempt to use this attack only once per battle.
€1500 Exp: 2500 ki
•Tri Beam Attack: The user of this attack forms a triangle with their hands and then lets loose with a fantastically powerful blast. The user's HP goes down by 10% of their maximum after using this move. This move can only be countered by another Tri Beam Attack and it would neccissarily need to be stronger. This move cannot be blocked.
€Level One 1500 Exp.: Deals damage equal to 150% of your HP loss.
€Level Two 3000 Exp: Deals damage equal to 200% of your HP loss.
€Level Three 5000 Exp: Deals damage equal to 250% of your HP loss.
•Big Bang Attack: An incredibly powerful attack where the user sends a huge blast at their opponent. After hitting the target the beam causes a huge explosion.
€2000 Exp: 5000/15,000 initial 500/300
•Special Beam Cannon: This powerful screw beam can drill through almost anything. Any armor hit (except Emporer Armor) is instantly destroyed.
€3000 Exp: 5000 ki/5000 initial 1000/600
•Energy Shyutou: An attack where the user forms their energy into a sword around their hand. The sword can cut through materials regular swords or attacks cannot.
€4000 Exp: For every 100 Ki used, the sword's STR will be 25 points higher, the sword's STR is never added to yours. Example: If you use 10,000 ki for an energy sword the power of it will be 2500, so the sword will deal 1250 damage.
•Kamehameha x100: A powerful blast of blue energy. Must have learned all Kamehameha tier one and two attacks first to advance in the technique and learn tier three.

Tier Four Attacks - Unlimited Maximum Ki Attacks
•Ikoukan O Hatsusei: A small portal appears in front of the user and absorbs all ki attacks.
€5000 Exp: You automatically spend as much ki as was used on the attack. If you don't have enough ki the attack will hit you.
•Big Bang Kamehameha x100: A powerful blast of blue energy followed by a massive explosion. Must have learned all Kamehameha attacks and Big Bang first to advance in the technique and learn this attack.
€10000 Exp: 100/75000 initial 50/45
•Big Bang Masenko x100: A powerful blast of yellow energy followed by a massive explosion. Must have learned all Masenko attacks first and Big Bang to advance in the technique and learn this attack.
€10000 Exp: 100/75000 initial 50/45
•Big Bang Gallet Gun x100: A powerful blast of red energy followed by a massive explosion. Must have learned all Gallet Gun attacks first and Big Bang to advance in the technique and learn this attack.

•Father/Son Double Kamehameha/Gallet Gun/Masenko Attack: A powerful blast of blue/yellow/red energy from the hands of paired fighters. Must have learned Big Bang Kamehameha/Gallet Gun/Masenko x100 and all previous tiered Kamehameha/Gallet Gun/Masenko attacks first to advance in the technique and learn this final stage attack for your perspective choice in blast (Kamehameha or Gallet Gun or Masenko). All fighters involved in the beam need to have learned this technique to pull it off.
€25,000 Exp: 100/100,000 initial 50/50 multiplied by the number of fighters performing the attack and consumes ki equally from all of those involved.
•Instantaneous Movement: (Not useable in battle) By locking onto the ki of a person, the user can instantly teleport to that person.
€Level One 5000 Exp: Can teleport to any where within ten miles.
€Level Two 7500 Exp: Can teleport any where on a planet.
€Level Three 10,000 Exp: Can teleport to the after life or another planet (With this you can train on King Kai's and not be dead).
•Ghost Kamikaze: The user spits out a white blob which is a self thinking clone of themselves. If the clone is touched, it explodes dealing damage to anyone nearby. The clones act the opposite of the creator (example: if you are calm they are wild, if you are wild they are calm). This attack takes two turns to perform.
€5000 Exp: Takes 10% of your total ki for two clones. One clone explodes dealing damage equal to that 10%. (Note: They may hurt allies or even you.)
•Fusion: An ability used to temporarily make one incredible fighter from two separate fighters. All of the two characters statistics are added together. The effects last a half hour or the length of one battle. The two characters must be the same race and current transformation state (If fighters so wish they can continue to transform after a fusion takes place if they have the ability).
€10,000 Exp: The players have a 70% chance of performing the fusion right. If the fusion is failed then the characters fuse into a weaker fighter equal to one characters stats minus the others for a half hour or the length of one battle.
•Psychic Hold: A technique used to completely stop a person from moving using psychic powers. The only downside is, if the user gets distracted, they can't keep control of the victim.
€10000 Exp:The user uses the amount of ki equal to half the victim's current ki, and the user will have to pay this amount in the begining of every turn he wishes to continue using it. NOTE: If there is two or more victims the user must pay for each.
•Final Flash: This attack emits a HUGE blast from the user's clenched fists. It takes two turns to fire.

•Death Ball: A ball of energy that the user traps their opponent inside. It will explode if it touches anything other than the user. This attack is impossible to escape from once inside, but takes incredible energy to create.
€15000 Exp: 50000/0 initial 5000/10000
•SS Deadly Bomb: An attack that gathers energy, by using your HP, into one bomb about the size of a baseball. This attack gathers energy by taking all you get from power ups, so the more turns you take the more damage that is dealt.
€18,000 Exp: Does damage equal to the HP used. Since it uses all of your HP you are reduced to 1 HP after using.
•Dragon Fist Attack: Summons Shenron the Mystical Dragon into the strength of the punch. Requires the use of all remaining ki, and can only be used once per battle.
€1Level One 15,000 Exp: Can damage an enemy up to 50% of their total HP. depends on dice roll for %.
€1Level Two 25,000 Exp: Can damage an enemy up to 99% of their total HP. depends on dice roll for %.
•Revenge Death Bomb: The evil form of the Spirit Bomb. It gathers energy from all that is evil on the planet. It can only be used by people of pure evil against the forces of good. The longer you charge it, the more damage it will cause. Androids cannot learn this attack.
€Level One 20000 Exp: Damage depends on the amount of evil found on the planet.
€Level Two 30000 Exp: Damage depends on the amount of evil in the solar system. (Takes longer.)
€Level Three 50000 Exp: Damage depends on the amount of evil in the universe. (Takes a really long time.)
•Spirit Bomb: Dragonball Z's ultimate attack. It is a ball of concentrated energy gathered from the planet. It can only be used by the pure hearted against the forces of evil. The longer you charge it the more damage it will deal. Androids cannot learn this attack.
€Level One 20000 Exp: Damage depends on the amount of life found on the planet.
€Level Two 30000 Exp: Damage depends on the amount of life in the solar system (Takes longer.)
€Level Three 50000 Exp: Damage depends on the amount of life in the universe. (Takes a really long time.)
Race Specific Attacks - Unlimited Maximum Ki Attacks
HUMANS:
•Dodon Ray: One of the best techniques of the Crane School. It's an energy beam shot from the finger. It's powerful, but it cannot be strengthened.
€Level One 200 Exp: 500/500 initial.
€Level Two 400 Exp: 1000/1000 initial.
€Level Three 600 Exp: 1000/2500 initial.
€Level Four 800 Exp: 2000/4000 initial.
€Level Five 1000 Exp: 4000/5500 initial.
€Level Six 2000 Exp: 4000/8500 initial.
•Tongue: Simply uses the tongue to pierce the opponent's temple, striking their pressure point and killing them instantly. Has a 10% chance of success. You choose a number between one and ten, and a dice is rolled. Can only be attempted twice per battle. Failing this technique puts you dangerously close to the enemy, allowing for twice damage on a physical counter attack.
€20,000 Exp: Instant kill chance 1 in 10.
•Super Megaton Punch: A powerful punch or series of punches. Can be used in a combo. Cannot be used in combination with a weapon.
€500 Exp: Doubles punch attack damage. Uses ki equal to damage done.
NAMEKS:
•Healing: The natural ability of Nameks to heal their comrades. Unfortunately they have no ability to heal themselves. Nameks are unable to revive dead comrades. This move takes two turns to perform, both for the user and the party being healed.
€Level One 1000 Exp: 5000 ki, can heal up to 10,000 HP.
€Level Two 3000 Exp: 10,000 ki, can heal up to 25,000 HP.
€Level Three 6000 Exp: 20,000 ki can heal up to 100,000 HP.
€Level Four 9000 Exp: 40,000 ki can heal up to 250,000 HP.
€Level Five 12,000 Exp: 70,000 ki can heal up to 500,000 HP.
DEMONS:
•Kuukanteni Punch: The Demon creates a hole in time and space that has an entrance and an exit. They can then punch into this hole and their fist comes out of the exit, allowing to physically attack enemies from afar. Can be used with single and combination attacks. This move cannot be countered.
€500 Exp: Uses ki equal to damage done.
•Devilmite Beam: A force of unimaginable evil, that is said "to have destroyed more lives than any war or pestilance combined". This move uses the opponents own negative thoughts against him by firing a beam that amplifies any dark thought (anger, malice, aggression, arrogance) and causes it to expand until the opponent's heart literally explodes. This attack does dmg that's a % of the receiver's total HP, the % is decided by dice roll of a ten sided die. Each level adds one more die to roll for a %. (e.g. At Lvl One, one dice of ten sides is rolled, the result is three, so the attack does 3% dmg of the receiver's total HP. At Lvl Three, three dice of ten sides is rolled the result is four, one, and seven, so the attack does a total of 12% dmg of the receiver's total HP.)
€Level One: 4500 Exp: 10,000 ki, one ten-sided dice.
€Level Two: 5000 Exp: 15,000 ki, two ten-sided dice.
€Level Three: 5500 Exp: 20,000 ki, three ten-sided dice.
€Level Four: 6500 Exp: 25,000 ki, four ten-sided dice.
•Dark Karma: This technique increases the chance of transformation by increasing the chance for an unusual transformation event to occur. It does not take a turn to use, and expends no ki.
€Level One: 1500 Exp: Demon gets twice the number of chances per turn to transform (guesses two numbers)
€Level Two: 5,000 Exp: Demon gets four times the number of chances per turn to transform (guesses four numbers)
€Level Three: 10,000 Exp: Demon gets eight times the number of chances per turn to transform (guesses eight numbers)
€Level Four: 20,000 Exp: Demon gets 16 times the number of chances per turn to transform (guesses 16 numbers)
€Level Five: 60,000 Exp: Demon gets a 50% chance of transforming per turn (100 sided dice is rolled, odd numer transforms, even remains the same. Transformation dependant on the tier the dice lands in.)
