Attacks:

•Kamehameha: A powerful blast of blue energy.

•Kikou Ha: A small, one handed ki blast. Can be used as a distraction or as an attack used to damage the enemy. This attack can be used in combination with another attack to perform a two attack turn.

•Shyouken: The user sprouts two extra arms. The arms last for two turns. While using them punches deal double damage and you can shoot two separate Ki attacks at once (Does not double the power of ki attacks. Additional ki attacks require available ki).
€This move takes 10% of your total ki to use.

•Super Reflex Boost: Can be done three different ways. Faster reactions or increased actions are two of the ways. Both require their own individual amounts of ki. If combined, this move can have devastating effects. This move takes two turns (regardless of level).

Who Ryodo is:

Hair: Blue Eyes: Green Height: 6'1'' Weight: 250? lbs

Persona: Ryodo is bored.  He's a kid at heart, is often light headed, and overthinks everything.  There's probably more to him than is shown on the surface, but he's grown too lazy to get serious.  Everything just seems better if you think of life as a big game.  A big epic game.

Bio: Since some crazy event happened with Vegeta coming to Earth when Ryodo was just a young boy, he's pretty much been living a quiet life.  He hasn't done any hard training in years, just getting by with a few daily exercises to keep him above the average Human.  He's taken a liking to video games.  He really can't remember how it was that he survived that whole Saiyan extinction thing, or how he wound up on Earth, nor does he really care.  He's just hungry...

CEIT AMIOT

Who Ceit Amiot is:

Hair: Dark blue Eyes: Green with black vertical slits Height: 5'5" (1st Form) Weight: 143 lbs Age: 17

Persona: Calm and collected, though comes off as extremely cold and indifferent. Has a tendancy to stand in one place while fighting and only acting in self defense until he has properly assessed the best way to take opponents down. So far his goals or intentions are unknown.

Bio: A very young Changeling, Ceit Amiot was left alone in captivity held by the last of his race in order to be pampered into a role of power. With the deaths of Freiza and Cooler his fate became uncertain without their tutelage, and so Ceit was forgotten about for a year, having never underwent any of his training. Eventually finding the waiting too much to bare he escaped his bonds and snuck out of the facility in order to walk his own path in life and be in creation... or destruction.

MASON TITANSTALKER

•Big Bang Attack: An incredibly powerful attack where the user sends a huge blast at their opponent. After hitting the target the beam causes a huge explosion.

•Solar Flare: This attack causes the Sun's rays to be amplified and reflected into the opponent's eyes, thus blinding them. This prevents the opponent from dodging the next turn. Can be used in combination with another ki attack.

•Multiply: A technique used to create multiple forms to aid you in battle. They will last five turns or until the user sustains a serious injury.
€This move take 10% of your ki for each form. If a form is killed then your HP is reduced by 10%. (Forms take on your current transformation level, have 10% of your current HP at the time, and 10% of your current ki. Forms can have a max HP of 10% of your total HP, and a max ki of your Max PL. Forms can power up.) 

Who Mason Titanstalker is:

Hair: Black Eyes: Ice blue without pupils - covering the entire eye Height: 5'10" Weight: 187 lbs

Persona: A man of little words about his past. Sometimes a little too serious. Known to give off an air of discomfort at times to those around him as if he's been in more battles than he would like to admit. And is occasionally reminded of memories best left forgotten...

Bio: The most striking feature is the scar running over his right eye in a vertical direction. Both eyes, however, seem clear and very observant... at least for eyes that also seem hauntingly hollow and featureless due to no visible pupils. It has been rumored but never confirmed that the reason Titanstalker's eyes are this way is due to an accident when he was growing up that has given him the ability to see in the dark but left him without any visible features - as a blind man's eyes would be. This makes it difficult at times to determine where his eyes are focused. Still others rumor that his eyes are empty and hollow due to seeing something few others have seen and lived through it - causing him to now see more than most can ever dream of in this reality at the expense of his eyes. One thing is clear however. He definitely can see...sometimes a little too well...

Persona: Mysterious

Bio: An Android created by the Russians, whose original programming has been lost with time.  This machine now wanders the Earth, unsure of what it's purpose in this world is.  Though it may not know it's true purpose, this Android has no problem taking out those that stand in it's way.

•Fire Breath: A blast of flames from the mouth. Very fast and damaging. Awesome damage power for a new player, less useful for an experienced character.

Who Yokai Reizen is:

Hair: White Eyes: Green Height: 6'0" Weight: 300 lbs Age: 289

Persona: An elite solider in his home world, Reizen has been trained to be rational and use strategy to defeat his opponents. Because of this he is well disciplined, however his Demon blooded nature sometimes overrides sensibility when in full Demon mode. He has no fear of death, and embraces any challenge as good practice for the Demon King.

Bio:  Fresh out of an alternate dimension where a powerful Demon King has enslaved the world, Reizen is here to fulfill a quest to assassinate this dimensions version of the king. The prophets that sent him believe this will weaken the Demon King enough for them to overthrow him and bring prosperity back to the land.
