Magic spells/rotes are available throughout the world of Weedbeam in the many book stores and sometimes on your inventory. A magic school, however, is different. While access to magic schools unlock the ability to train in magic, the specific schools train candidates in special magic arts unique to that school. The spells are still learned traditionally with experience, however in order to have access to the spells, money is not a usual requirement as with rotes and bookstore spells. You must prove yourself to the school to earn the right to learn from them. When a magic school becomes available it will be listed below as will the requirement set forth. To make a magic school become available, you must find and unmask the teacher... somewhere in the world.
When you find the Magic School building in each of the towns you may access the magic schools available. They will be the same in every town.
You may only train at one magic school at a time. When you leave a school you will forget their abilities. You will be required to complete the task set forth by the new school. To return to your previous school you must again complete the task and start all over your training.
If there are no magic schools available to you below, you have not yet found a sorcerer to apprentice under. You need to ask around more and convince your team to travel with you more (exception is the Nelwyn race, who start as an apprentice under the High Aldwin. The moderator will devise the appropriate first spell. They may learn under one additional school as well. The High Aldwin will not become available to everyone below until found by other interested parties).
