Greek Ribs

  • pork rib meat - not riblets (amount your choice)
  • seasoning salt
  • meat tenderizer salt 
  • garlic powder
  • oregano
  • dill weed
  • a lemon, or lemon juice
  •  

     

    Preheat the oven to broil.

    Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

    Cut and separate the ribs.

    Sprinkle the ribs with seasoning salt, meat tenderizer salt, and garlic powder. lightly sprinkle the ribs with dill weed and oregano.

    Cook the ribs 10-13 minutes one side. Flip the ribs and cook them 10-13 minutes the other side.

    When finished sprinkle the ribs with lemon juice or garnish with lemon slices.

    Dish and serve and enjoy!
