BBQ Ribs 

  • pork rib meat - not riblets (amount your choice)
  • BBQ sauce of your choice
  • meat tenderizer salt 
  •  Preheat the oven to broil.

    Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

    Cut and separate the ribs.

    Sprinkle the ribs with meat tenderizer salt. Lightly coat the ribs with BBQ sauce. Cook the ribs 10-13 minutes one side. Recoat the ribs lightly with BBQ sauce. Flip the ribs and cook them 10-13 minutes the other side. Recoat the ribs lightly with BBQ sauce. Cook 2-5 minutes longer.

    Dish and serve and enjoy!
